About Us
Welcome to NexGen!

Our names are Riley Eechaute, Xander Bowen, and Matt Wilkins
​
We are three Humber College graduates from the Sports Management program, where NexGen was born. We created this program - in concept only - in January of 2024, and by April we had a full theoretical program layout with the intention of breaking the stigma of esports, and using it to help the lives of kids around the world!
​
After many conversations with members of a large Canadian-based company in the sports industry, we felt confident that this idea was worth exploring. So instead of selling our idea and work to this company, we decided to bet on ourselves.
